Our unique, established arrangement underwritten by the Ecclesiastical Insurance Group provides cover to include:     - malicious damage by your tenant (if other insurers include tenant damage of this type it usually has an excess of £2,500!).   - accidental damage, including accidental damage by your tenant, as a cover option.   - full cover of up to 60 days of unoccupancy, e.g. between lets, the tenant is on extended holiday.   - automatic inclusion of subsidence heave and landslip (subject to usual underwriting criteria).
