Whilst there are many long term let insurances available, many of them contain substantial restrictions in cover.

Our unique, established arrangement underwritten by the Ecclesiastical Insurance Group provides cover to include:

    - malicious damage by your tenant (if other insurers include tenant damage of this type it usually has an excess of £2,500!).
  - accidental damage, including accidental damage by your tenant, as a cover option.
  - full cover of up to 60 days of unoccupancy, e.g. between lets, the tenant is on extended holiday.
  - automatic inclusion of subsidence heave and landslip (subject to usual underwriting criteria). Unbelievably, a well-known direct insurer makes available this cover as an optional extra.
  - no policy requirement to follow gas and electric checks - although you are expected to comply with the law.
