How To Make A Claim

If you have taken out our self catering insurance, holiday home insurance, travel insurance or any of our other insurance products we can help you progress a claim.

Having recommended the policy to you due to the extent of the cover, claims should always be reported to us. This allows us to present the relevant details to the insurer, advise the insurer of any usual or unusual information that they will require and monitor progress until a satisfactory conclusion for all concerned is reached.

Let us know the details of your claim and we will handle it from start to finish on your behalf.

Any claim handled by us is more likely to result in better value for our clients because:
