- We can confirm cover to your letting / managing agent
- Employers’ Liability as required by law
- For full or part-time employees
- Full cover during periods when your property is unoccupied
- Subject to inspection and winter heating
- Loss of income following insured damage to building and/or contents
- Loss of income due to possible non-damage events such as:
- Murder and suicide
