• Accidental damage by holidaymakers and others
• Malicious damage by holidaymakers and others
• Full theft including theft by holidaymakers and others
  • We do not insist on any particular standard locks or bolts security and we do like key safes
• Loss of income following claims for any of the above
• Public / Product Liability
  • We can confirm cover to your letting / managing agent
• Employers’ Liability as required by law, for full or part-time employees
• Full cover during periods when your property is unoccupied, subject to inspection and winter heating
• Loss of income following insured damage to building and/or contents
• Loss of income due to possible non-damage events such as:
